She's not in bacon; not in sausage; and she won't eat eggs.
Not in chicken; not in turkey; she won't have her steak.
But i just can't help feeling sorry for this poor little lettuce head.
You know I can't stop crying 'cause I know this brocoli's dead.

She's a vegetaria-a-an.

Poor little cow; little sheep; little fish; how can I sleep?
Carrots are bleeding; plants are screaming; and tomatoes die.
You say it's not so bad; they're only vegetables; that's what you said.
Maybe I'm a murderer; but i'm hungary, and they're better off dead.

See voo play! Eat a cow!
All my people want it now!
I'm gonna eat it 'cause it's red!
I'm gonna eat it 'cause it's dead!
May I should eat it raw!
Let the blood run down my jaw!
I'd eat people if it was legal!
I'd eat people if it was legal!

General Comment"This one is about when my sister decided to become vegan. She was eating hamburgers one day, and the next she was on the phone preaching to everyone she knew about how wrong it was to kill animals for food. I thought it was ridiculous, so I sang about it. Sort of. Our big inside joke at the time was the subliminal satanic messages where we would say something like: 'WHAT DID YOU SAYtan?' (satan get it?!) and the 'ten' in the title was just to make it that much more confusing. I had meant to change the title on 'Turn The Radio..' to 'I Eat Vegetarian', but I forgot."

    Good song,

General CommentMy best friend dedicated this song to me. She finds it so hilarious that for years I loved this song and would sing it loudly and proudly, until like 9 months ago, when I went veggie. I still like the song, but she thinks it's the funniest thing ever.

    By the way...

"She's not EATIN' bacon, not eatin' sausage..." Not 'in.'

And as a few people have said already, it's

Save a plant! Eat a cow!
I want beef! I want it now!

    General CommentAll wrong.
This song is called say ten because there's a kind of tofu called seitan. Which is pronounced Say Ten. Also sounds like Satan.
