Holding me down in mess an unholy wreck
A lost way to be, lost in the sea of my own dripping blood
I don't know what to expect I'm lost in this wreck
Torn apart from 10 differnt sides, they lie to me and whisper in my ears
The secrets of my lust for you and turned it upside down
Lost in the cloud on top of the world right now
On this velvet pill that makes me so fucking ill.
Never loose respect for this reject you worship over and over again.
The pill, the lie, the blood in my eyes.

A velvet pill
A lifeless thrill
Erotic chill

So closed so empty so nothing could touch me.
So closed so so empty so nothing could touch me.
She said I'm not your future. I'm your sorrow
There won't be tommorow. I promised you this sacred kiss.
To fall apart to fall apart.

Full of this hate only to relate she said she loves me but she kills me
This cry, the fire in her eyes burning me inside
I found a reason why mangled in this life
No time to worry she says, she says

Fall apart, to fall apart, you fall apart, we fall apart.

A velvet pill
Erotic chill
A jagged scar
A Red Mark
A blue spark
A Red Mark
Last... remark

General CommentThe rant at the end:

Filthy beggars, hypocrites, Christ. All you say is lies, contradicting everything. Trying to keep the sheep from questioning you.
Who are you to judge what I've seen for what you have known?
You know nothing, nothing of what is left.
Minute little insects running around, scattering, gathering fruit for the beasts.
the beasts which I have long since expected as being a false prophecy.
You take a weak man on a stick and you create him into a god
Lies, ????. Throwing those ???? who dared to question you. Throwing them away, leaving them behind, letting them DIE.
We are the tortured souls who appear to you. Confess, CONFESS about how full of shit you really are.
"We are the chosen few, we are the beginning. We are the end..."

Not sure about the third last line, a couple of the parts are drowned out or spoken too softly to understand clearly.

The song is about what drug addiction does, as per VAC's site description for the song.

General Commentyeah it was said that this was the turning point in Bryan ericksons life were he took a look at himself and what had become. He said that he had a good friend die and had rolled for 3 nights straight at a rave right before (talk a about a climax). yeah Originally this album was supposed to be another dance/electronica focused album, but he decided to really push alot of these "buried feelings"into this album. (dial 8 is almost a continuation)
