oh God let your spirit fall on me, your perfect peace comes down and amazes me, it's like a dream or a vision inside of me, your perfect peace comes down and amazes me, oh God i want to dance like David, every time i fall on my face, i dream of a place so far away, don't want to hide my face for another day, everything i do, i want to do it for you, unlike the others who have fallin' and slipped away, they've slipped away, move swiftly now, don't fall behind

General CommentI love this song, it reminds us how we need to be humble (cause we really are nothing), and how awesome God is. and that we need to keep hope and faith, cause God'll reward us when the job is done.

General CommentWhat just echoes in my mind is "Oh God I want to dance like David...".

"Move swiftly now, and don't fall behind, move swiftly now, get up on the front line..."
Reminds me of an Air Force phrase my cousin taught me...but in a God format, haha. Lead, follow, or get the hell outa the way. =)

General CommentYeah I love this song, i feel the vocals along with the music mirror my feelings of being a Christian, how the passion just makes me want to sing, and some times yell in joy and release happy adrenaline. sounds dumb, but i think this is great.

General CommentIn my opinioin, Spoken has got to be one of the best Christian bands - music & lyrics. David is one of those songs that take me back and remind me of how we need to be humble but have joy in praising Jesus.
