Redman:
Ah, dirrty (dirrty)
Filthy (filthy)
Nasty, you nasty (yeah)
Too dirrty to clean my act up
If you ain't dirrty
You ain't here to party (woo!)

Ladies (move)
Gentlemen (move)
Somebody ring the alarm
A fire on the roof
Ring the alarm (and I'm throwin' elbows)
Ring the alarm (and I'm throwin' elbows)
Ring the alarm (and I'm throwin' elbows)

Christina:
Oh, I'm overdue
Give me some room
I'm coming through
Paid my dues
In the mood
Me and the girls gonna shake the room

DJ's spinning (show your hands)
Let's get dirrty (that's my jam)
I need that, uh, to get me off
Sweat until my clothes come off

It's explosive, speakers are pumping (oh)
Still jumping, six in the morning
Table dancing, glasses are mashing
No question, time for some action

Temperature's up (can you feel it)
About to erupt
Gonna get my girls
Get your boys
Gonna make some noise

Wanna get rowdy
Gonna get a little unruly
Get it fired up in a hurry
Wanna get dirrty
It's about time that I came to start the party
Sweat dripping over my body
Dance and getting just a little naughty
Wanna get dirrty
It's about time for my arrival

Ah, heat is up
So ladies, fellas
Drop your cups
Body's hot
Front to back
Now move your ass
I like that

Tight hip huggers (low for sure)
Shake a little somethin' (on the floor)
I need that, uh, to get me off
Sweat until my clothes come off

Let's get open, cause a commotion (ooh oh)
We're still going, eight in the morning
There's no stopping, we keep it popping (oh)
Hot rocking, everyone's talking

Give all you've got (give it to me)
Just hit the spot
Gonna get my girls
Get your boys
Gonna make some noise

Rowdy
Gonna get a little unruly
Get it fired up in a hurry
Wanna get dirrty
It's about time that I came to start the party
Ooh sweat dripping over my body
Dance and getting just a little naughty
Wanna get dirrty (oh, oh)
It's about time for my arrival

Here it comes, it's the one
You've been waiting on
Get up, get it up
Yup, that's what's up
You can just put your butt
To the maximum
Uh oh, here we go (here we go)

You can tell when the music
Starts to drop
That's when we take it
To the parking lot
And I bet you somebody's gonna
Call the cops
Uh oh's, here we go's (here we go)

Ohh ooh ohh, yeah yeah...

Wanna get rowdy (rowdy, yeah)
Gonna get a little unruly (ruly)
Get it fired up in a hurry (hurry)
Wanna get dirrty
It's about time that I came to start the party (party)
Sweat dripping over my body (body)
Dance and getting just a little naughty
Wanna get dirrty
It's about time for my arrival

Rowdy
Gonna get a little unruly
Get it fired up in a hurry
Wanna get dirrty
It's about time that I came to start the party
Ooh sweat dripping over my body
Dance and getting just a little naughty
Wanna get dirrty
It's about time for my arrival

Rowdy
Dance and getting a little unruly
Get it fired up in a hurry
Let's get dirrty
It's about time that I came to start the party
Sweat dripping over my body
Dance and getting just a little naughty
Wanna get dirrty
It's about time for my arrival

Uh, what

"she makes every girl look like a slut. she is playing up to the male fantasy as saying, THIS IS WHAT WOMAN ARE GOOD FOR. she says she all for woman empowerment, HOW?!?!!! she is showing her self being used as a sex icon for men in a sleazy way, and then she goes an says this is the REAL her?!?!?1

answer me on that one Xtina fans, what kind of message does this video send out?" -ilovelucy

If she "makes every girl look like a slut," that says something about the ignorance of other people, nothing about Christina. In all the interviews and articles I read about this song, she never said she was trying to fulfill a "male fantasy." And how could she think "this is what woman are good for." Have you heard her song "Can't Hold Us Down"?

I responded to a comment like yours at Pink's "U+Ur Hand". A woman can be empowered and dress in sexy clothing at the same time as long as it is HER CHOICE to do so and no one else's. THAT is what empowerment is right there. Is Christina saying that ALL women should dress in a sexual way? No. It's that they always have a choice to do so.

    Did that answer your question?

"THIS SONG! AHHHHHHHHH, its the epitome of everything I object to. Where do I start? Is this even worth my time? Cliche Christina, bringing the same old trivial opinions to the table. Her as a person, regardless of the meaning this song suggests, whatever that may be? She's an uneducated egotist, flouting about with appealing images and controvertial concepts. Not to mention completely contradictory! She offers opinions of equal rights, yet exploits herself awkwardly. She tells young girls to be their own person, yet selfishly directs them towrds the hearding call of the sheppard. This song means there is something wrong with our society!" -Interpretationalist

I think by "controvertial" you meant "controversial" and by "hearding" you meant "herding." "Towrds" is spelled "towards."

Do you know for a fact that it was Christina's intention to "exploits herself awkwardly" and to "selfishly [direct young girls] towrds the hearding call of the sheppard"? Has she ever stated those things as her intentions?

Yes, Christina Aguilera is "uneducated" but YOU, oh WOW, YOU are oh-so HIGHLY intelligent.

I don't like this song, I like her old stuff, because it showed emotion and her love for her music. Now she just is trying to be someone she is not.

I like the hook on this song, but not enough talent shown from "Xtina".

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Cajun Girl
Little Feat
Overall about difficult moments of disappointment and vulnerability. Having hope and longing, while remaining optimistic for the future. Encourages the belief that with each new morning there is a chance for things to improve. The chorus offers a glimmer of optimism and a chance at a resolution and redemption in the future. Captures the rollercoaster of emotions of feeling lost while loving someone who is not there for you, feeling let down and abandoned while waiting for a lover. Lost with no direction, "Now I'm up in the air with the rain in my hair, Nowhere to go, I can go anywhere" The bridge shows signs of longing and a plea for companionship. The Lyrics express a desire for authentic connection and the importance of Loving someone just as they are. "Just in passing, I'm not asking. That you be anyone but you”

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.
