He plays his drum and he smokes his pot, it’s not a lot but it’s all that he’s got, he drives a car with broken rims, he can’t win , he can’t win. So it’s another day that we sit and pray to god above but he turned away and sent us rain when we needed sun. I find it hard to smile this time , its been awhile but I guess I’ll be fine, when’s it all gonna go my way, someday, someday.

    General CommentThis song is along the lines of How Summer Tour Turned me into an Atheist, it mentions a drummer in the first line which is supposed to be a reference to Pencey Prep's drummer as Sabatino felt no animosity towards him at the time and felt he was just caught in the crossfire. The song is a statement about things not going your way, which he felt was true for himself and the drummer of Pencey at the time.
