"Transparent" as written by Thomas Decker, Robert Garcia, Jonathan Santos and Soren Sarkisyan....
I spend my time
Letting these hopeless thoughts run my life
Force me to hide
Just create a truth to all these lies

I will never be the same
So just leave me down while I'm separating
I could never give anymore
All these lies have left me torn

It's only this way falling on my own
I made this mess now its over
It was nobody's fault, it was all my own
Everything's wasted forever

The only hand
That I know how to hold belongs to me
How it began
What I though was right became my insecurity

I will never be the same
So just leave me down while I'm separating
I could never give anymore
All these lies have left me torn

It's only this way falling on my own
I made this mess now its over
It was nobody's fault, it was all my own
Everything's wasted forever

It's on my own
It's on my own

Weakness becomes me
My faults relieve me
My fear excludes me
Turns it against me
My fault
My fear
Turned it against me

It's only this way falling on my own
I made this mess now its over
It was nobody's fault, it was all my own
Everything's wasted forever

It's only this way falling on my own
It's only this way falling on my own
It's only this way falling on my own
It's only this way, it's only this way

It's on my own
It's on my own

General Comment"I will never be the same,
So just leave me down while I'm seperating.
    I could never give anymore;
All these lies have left me torn."

this song is about someone who tried so hard to make things work, and gave every part of himself possible, only to be answered with lies, and left all alone.
when something like this happens to a person they often place the blame on themselves and begin to question their self-worth:

"It's only this way falling on my own
I made this mess now it's over
It was nobody's fault, it was all my own
    Eveything's wasted forever."

General CommentPersonally when I've listened to this song, it brings up alot of memories to me. I think it's about a person that has been pushed around and jaded. He has given everything that he could to try to make his life better, but people keep throwing shit back on him. All this added stress and ruin only has left him with pure paranoia and an altered life. No one was there to help him, and it's gotten to the point where some of his worst problems are the ones he has created through paranoia. "...I made this mess now it's over. It was nobodies fault it was all my own." Everyone has offered him nothing except problems and thats all that he has left.

General Commentthis song is me, its basically when you try to make something work, and you put your life into it, and at the end you realize that you were fed lies the whole time and it wasn't worth your effort, this brings up so many memories to me, all the emotion that surges thru this song is amazing, I love the line "the only hand that I know how to hold belongs to me" that basically described how I felt once I realized that all my efforts were put to waste. so then I start to think that it was my fault, and it just throws me into a state of depression where I feel like everything is (or was) my fault, this song is me, it's not "my song" but good lord this song kix so much ass

General CommentI think it's about being forced to believe lies and believing that you caused something that you didn't, you take the blame

"its only this way falling on my own, i made this mess now its over". there is so much i screwed up and this soing described it so well the way ifeel about my mistakes.

General CommentHow come every song that someone writes has to be about someone else? How about this. This about someone creating their own little world of lies and realizing they've dug themselves in too deep. "It's nobody's fault, it was all my own I made this mess now it's over." I'm not one for looking deep into songs, I just found this because they were making fun of you people at something awful. But wow. Every song in the world is not about someone doing something to someone else. People do write about themselves once in a while.
