I think you guys are looking too deep into this song. This just might be one of SOAD's songs without any real meaning. I think its just about him going on a date and bringing his pogo stick with him to show off. The girl's friends all wanted to try, and Serj got to grab their asses while he was helping them keep their balance (touching whoever's behind). He also had some fun watching them help each other out, and watching certain parts of them "bounce" if you know what I mean (gliding through many hands; it was so exotic).
