"We Care" as written by Aaron Barrett and Tavis Jeremy Werts....
Thanks for the money
Thanks for dancin' and singin' along
And everything you do
We just want you to know we care (we care)

Thanks for calling us sellout
And not takin' a joke
Talkin' shit, and coviering us with spit
We're so glad to know you care (we care)

And we're sorry that so many people
Got to enjoy our music
By hearin' us on the radio
We love you, we love you

Because you really understand
We love you, we love you a lot
How could we not
We'll say it again

We love you, we love you
Because you really understand
We love you, we love you a lot
We always thought you liked our band

(we care, we care, we care, we care)
I'm not talkin' about everybody
I'm sorry to waste a song
And your time like this

We're so lucky to have you there(we care)
And we know that some of you get it
That you're not ashamed to admit it
That you're still with us after all

We love you, we love you
Because you really understand
We love you, we love you a lot
How could we not

We'll say it again
We love you, we love you
Because you really understand
We love you, we love you a lot

We always thought you liked our band
We love you

General CommentThis just goes to show you, that Reel Big Fish, even though they complain about sell outs and their fans, really care. It feels rewarding to hear this song, 'cause it's as if he's actually speaking to you. I'm proud to stand by this band through all of their musical ventures. They never sold out. They need to be popular for that to happen, anyway. They changed a good number of their members so they needed to change a little. Watch their DVD, it shows us that just because the new album seems like they've gone soft, their still Reel Big Fish and that will never change. If you think their Sell Outs, listen to Down in Flames and actually listen to the lyrics. Maybe you'll gain a brain cell.

General CommentThis song is a lot like the Bauhaus song "Crowds" (weird, I know) People enjoy the music, and the band puts it all out for them, and then they get disrespected for becoming successful.

General CommentI've been an RBF fan for over 8 years, and this song, along with so many of their other songs, still makes me smile. It's so personal, truthful, and beautiful.
