"Bob Dylan" as written by and Brian Dennis/dylan Desveaux....
Bobby's in the basement making his movie,
He paints a little picture but not to be cheesy.
He wants this little girl to believe in him easy,
Bristles to the canvas imagining he feels high.

Inspriation of my heart search for light out of the dark.
All the pictures in my heart lie awake there in my fog.
This oasis in my arms I approach it with disarm.
Though it might do me some harm stop to catch me if I fall.

Bobby's in the basement making his music,
He never won't stop though not to abuse it.
If there's some other way that they only would use it,
He lives another day but they always refuse it.

Lacerations of my heart.
Dropped down in peices in the dark.
Mixed the words up on this page.
Makes the purple turn to beige.

Inspriation of my heart search for light out of the dark.
All the pictures in my heart lie awake there in my fog.
This oasis in my arms I approach it with disarm.
Though it might do me some harm stop to catch me if I fall.

It's just like Bob Dylan says
Stop depression of my own walk the only road I know.
If I am only dreamin' then I am not that far from it.
Sow the strength that grows from seeds worship creativity.

If I am only dreamin' then me an' Bob are not that far today.
So long as I'm young.
Bobby's in the basement making his music.
I search the beaches walk the sand.

I cut my feet on broken glass.
Strap the sandals on my feet.
I'm run down but I still hit the street.

Bobby's in the basement making his movie,
He paints a little picture but not to be cheesy.
He wants this little girl to believe in him easy,

Bristles to the canvas imagining he feels high.
High.
Inspiration of my heart.
Desperation of my heart.

General Comment1st posting is tough but i guess this song is really confusing and i think one of the people from this band had a huge fansication or had help with listening to old school bob dylan and that is how i believe this song is portrayed.

    General Commentthese, is probably the most descriptive song I have heard. Is true that is a little bit confusing the meaning of it, but everytime I heard it I imagine the canvas. the colours, the fog. I think is quite artistic and in some way if you read between the lines it means of a person who lights your life, probably a friend, because it says;
"search for light out of the dark" like helping you when you are having problems
and "STop to catch me if I fall" is also like saying this person supports you.
    I really love it!
    especially the line of:
    "Inspiration of my art
desperation of my heart" it reminds me of the persons that inspired me when I write a poem or simply I hear a song.
    and just for the record
    NINE DAYS ROCKS!!!

General CommentObviously could take it many ways but here's my 2 cents. Do want you want, not what you're told. Lots of drug referrences, Medicine, Plants, Maggie was planting the green = black soot. Trench coat, coon skin cap all govnmt. officials. The Weathermen were part of the Revolutionary Youth Movement within the Students for a Democratic Society. The group referred to itself as a "revolutionary organization of communist women and men." Great tune and an amazing poet.

General CommentThis was one of my favorite songs by Nine Days when I younger. It's rather confusing and there's a lot of lyrics, but it's upbeat... and interesting.
