"Can't Believe" as written by and Michael J. Mushok....
Respect
Respect is what is found
Respect should be abound
Respect everything that you leave

(I can't believe)
Can't believe

And I, I can't believe
I can't believe all the travesty
Surrounding me, I, I want to flee
I want to flee from everything
In front of me!

Can't believe

Never again, trusted in you
Fuck everything that you think I should be
I stand, never again, never again

Can't believe

General CommentIn particular, he was upset that 12-13 year old girls in the crowds were having their clothes ripped off their bodies in the mosh pits.

    Never Again

    I'll never do this again
    Never trust in you
    Fuck everything
That you made me get through
    Never again
    I, I can't deal with this pain
In you, in me, in meeeeeeeeeeee
I hate this what you made me through
    I'll never feel this again,
    Never again
    Never trusting you again
    Fuck everything
    And you too!
    Just never again,
    Never do this again
    You'll never do this
    I'll never feel this
    Never again,
    Never again,
    Never again.
    I can't deal,
    I can't deal with this,
    Just endure the fagging,
    endure the fagging until…
    Never again,
    Never trusting you,
    Fuck all the things
what you made me get through
    Never trusting you,
    Fuck all the things
what you made me get through
    Never trusting you,
    Fuck all the things
what you made me get through

    until,… until I die…

General CommentTo metallaci: You seem to have put alot of effort into your remix. The meaning of it is unclear, but it seems like more whining about your parents just trying to be good parents. Or if it's about your girlfriend, just break up with her.
The meaning of the original song from Aaron Lewis himself:
"'Can't Believe' is a reply to the blatant disrespect for human beings that I see every night at our shows. It's like f@%&ing 'Lord Of The Flies' sometimes. I see little 12, 13 year old girls basically getting r@%ed on top of the crowd, getting their clothes torn off them, clutching themselves. Just terrible, terrible s&!% that I see. Just blatant disrespect for the people around you. You know it's somebody's little sister, it's somebody's daughter. Where the f@%& did you come up with the idea that you think it's okay to do that just because you're at a concert? It goes to show that the most important job in the whole world, which is being a parent, has been completely forgotten about. People have forgotten how to be parents. That's like the beginning of the end. You wait. If s&!% doesn't change, you wait and see what it's like in 20 years."
This is the perfect way to describe what goes on at concerts. Why do people use rock music as an excuse to r@%< a girl that just happens to be standing near them? I do agree that it's just going to get worse in the next several years unless people shape up and learn how to teach their kids how to respect others. As a matter of fact, I believe married couples should be put through tests to see if they are capable of raising a child. That's one way to make a difference in everyone's lives.

General Commentshit yea, the unplugged version is totaly better than the original. And the song is incredibly truthfull, and emotional about the rate some people are just turning this world into shit because they think they have no impact on the world..
