"Here Come The Tears" as written by Rob Halford and Glenn Raymond Tipton....
Once I dreamed that love would come and sweep me up away
Now it seems life's passed me by, I'm still alone today
Here come the tears

Looks like it'll always be the same
No one here to comfort me
Here come the tears

All alone, no one cares.
So much to give to you all out there.

Take me now, in your arms.
Let me rest, safe from harm.

Ohh I want to be loved
I need to be loved
Won't somebody love me

Here they come, here come the tears
Here they come, here come the tears
Here they come, here come the tears
Here they come, here come the tears
Here they come, here come the tears
Here they come, here come the tears
Here they come, here come the tears
Here they come, here come the tears

Here they come, here come the tears
Here they come, here come the tears

Here they come, here come the tears
Here they come, here come the tears

Here they come, here come the tears
Here they come, here come the tears

Here come the tears
Here come the tears
Here come the tears.
Here come the tears
Here come the tears, ohh
Here come the tears, ohh
Here come the tears

General Commentnot everything is about religion ^. religion is a dirty word, makes me want to take a shower every time someone mentions it. it's a simple love song. note keyword "love". it is above religion and is close to truth. the person longs for it.

General CommentPriest have so much great material in their catalog, this one is one of those songs that only true fans know about.I love bands that make albums, not singles. You can actually listen to every song on their albums without skipping any songs.I absolutely love this song too,it shows a whole other side to the band and just how good of musicians they are.The guitar work in it is phenominal.

General CommentThis song is about a person who hasn't found love (or never will) and is alone.

Song MeaningThis is another religious song by J.P. (the other one being "Run of the mill").

Tears are coming because of his repentance.

Being alone for too much time made him reflect about his past life. He just doesn't want anymore to have some "love"; he wants more, "safe from harm", and the safest place for his heart is in the Heaven, which he erased from his life long before.

It is hard to accept, but -finally- it happens (the songs ends in a thunder). God only saves: "won't Somebody love me?" he asked, knowing that there *is* the true answer, but his sins stopped him. Until now, when his tears (his repentance) is slowly, inevitably, come out.
