This is one of my favorite songs. https://fnfgo.io
My congressman says I cant give my brother a clean syringe
If he should get aids and die, that's just too bad
My senator says I can't give my sister a clean syringe
If she should get hepititis and die, that's just too bad
My president says I cant give my brother a clean syringe
If he should get hepititis and die, that's just too bad
The policeman says I cant give my sister a clean syringe
If she should get aids and die, that's just too bad
My county superviser likes to think he's so much wiser
Than all the doctors put together
Who say we should give away clean syringes
My city councilman says it's not a problem
We're only gonna spend millions on treatment won't work
For people who will die
My community likes to claim immunity on the basis of homophobia
And a lack of medical fact
Hey america there's needle users sleeping with your children
With your daughters, with your sons and with your husbands.
We got a law, says you can't own a needle.
Without a presciption
Do you think that ever kept anyone from shooting up?
All the politicians say, we cant legalize exchange
Because that would be sending the wrong message
But did you ever notice,
On every billboard, in every magazine, in every corner store, on every tv screen.
The message is "buy cigarettes and alcohol"
Don't you know drugs are everywhere , you can't stop it
Criminalize it, make it profitable, ensure its longevity
Don't you know drugs are everywhere, you can't stop it
It's not a law enforcement issue,
Addiction's a disease
If you find your self in the position of having to share a needle with another person,
Take the steps to ensure that you don't get infected.
Suck water up to the top of the needle, and squirt it out.
Suck water up to the top of the needle, and squirt it out.
Suck water up to the top of the needle, and squirt it out.
That's step one
Suck bleach up to the top of the needle, and squirt it out.
Suck bleach up to the top of the needle, and squirt it out.
Suck bleach up to the top of the needle, and squirt it out.
That's step two
Suck water up to the top of the needle, and squirt it out.
Suck water up to the top of the needle, and squirt it out.
Suck water up to the top of the needle, and squirt it out.
That's step three, you're done
We got a law, says you can't own a needle.
Without a presciption

Plastic Bag

Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it.
“I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
i love this song. in a strange way, i sorta think its cute.
i kinda know what you mean. i mean, it's not cute, it's sad, but the way jeff sings some of it does seem cute. i like when he says, "drugs are everywhere drugs are everywhere drugs are everywhere. you can't sto pit. criminalize it, make it profitable, ensure it's longevity." because he says it fast it sounds cool. and the way they trade off lines with, "on every billboard, in every magazine, on every corner store, on every tv screen." i love fifteen...i wish they were still together. someone should find me some crimpshrine lyrics by the way.
this song is amazing
how can this song be cute? i think it is a very intelligent song and points out many political flaws within american society.
