Deine Macht
Deine Qual
Deine Pein
Wenn ich vor dir stehe
Dein Kalkül

Meine Last
Meine Schuld
Meine Angst
Dass ich mich vergehe
Kein Gefühl

Du hast die welt verändert
Mit deinem Herz aus Gold
Du hast die Welt verändert
Hast du das nie gewollt?

Ich will gekreuzigt sein, auf dir
Ich will vereinigt sein, mit dir
Ich will gekreuzigt sein, auf dir
Ich will erleuchtet sein, von dir
Kyrie Eleyson, Kyrie Eleyson

All dein Schweiß
All dein Blut
All das Leid
wenn ich vor dir stehe
Dein Kalkül

Diese Sucht
Dieser Sog
Diese Lust
Wenn ich dich ansehe
Kein Gefühl

Du hast die Welt verändert
Mit deinem Herz aus Gold
Du hast die Welt verändert
Hast du das nie gewollt?

Ich will gekreuzigt sein, auf dir
Ich will gepeinigt sein, von dir
Ich will gekreuzigt sein, auf dir
Ich will gegeißelt sein, mit dir
Kyrie Eleyson, Kyrie Eleyson
Ich will gekreuzigt sein, auf dir
Ich will gereinigt sein, von dir
Ich will gekreuzigt sein, auf dir
Ich will verewigt sein, in dir
Kyrie Eleyson, Kyrie Eleyson

THIS SONG IS AWSOME! Probably my favorite Oomph! song. All I can say is german metal rocks. Heres the english translation though..

Your power, your agony Your pain, If I stand before you Your calculations

My load, my debt My fear that I lose myself No feelings

You have the world With your heart of gold You have changed the world Isn't this what you always wanted?

I want to be crucified - on you I want to be united - with you I want to be crucified - on you I want to be illuminated - by you

Lord Have Mercy - Lord Have Mercy

All your sweat, all your blood All the wrong, Ff I stand before you Your calculations This craze, this suction This desire, If I look at you No feelings

You have the world With your heart of gold You have changed the world Isn't this what you always wanted?

I want to be crucified - on you I want to be agonized - of you I want to be crucified - on you I want to be perpetuated - in you

Lord Have Mercy - Lord Have Mercy

There's three different videos for this song. The first one (and the original I believe) shows the band singing in a trashed building and there's some janitor cleaning it up. The janitor keeps finding religious images scattered around in the garbage. A later video that is a remix of the original shows the band in a brothel of some kind with a bunch of topless and naked women dancing around.

As they video progresses, the band members end up losing their body parts.

Flux has sex with some girl and later on he pushes her against the wall quite angerly and finds that the lower half of his body has ben detached from him.

Dero is shown with these two naked women making out with eachother, but then they pull off his head. After which they throw him on the floor and laugh at him.

Later on, that girl from the Power of Love video walks into a room where Crap is located, and he acts like he's terrified to see her, and she looks pissed at him. It then shows her holding a little bird in her hand that looks like a dove. She then kills it by curshing it. It's then shown that she's apparently removes Crap's head and placed it in a little birdcage.

Throughout most of the video, you see this topless woman dancing with this picture frame covering her head. The picture frame shows a video of Dero singing, sometimes showing a closeup of his mouth or left eye.

The three band members later leave the brothel and are walking down the street without their missing bodyparts. It then shows them singing The Power of Love on the sidewalk, and a few seconds later the video switches to somewhere near the end of the Power of Love video. That just plays through to the end as normal and that's the end of it.

There's also an alternate video for the remix which just shows interchanging images of a concert and dero in a psychiatric ward.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."
