"Helter Skelter (The Beatles cover)" as written by John Lennon and Paul Mccartney....
When I get to the bottom I go back to the top of the slide
Where I stop and I turn and I go for a ride
Get to the bottom and I see you again
Yeah yeah yeah

Do you, don't you want me to love you ?
I'm coming down fast but I'm miles above you
Tell me tell me tell me the answer
You may be a lover but you ain't no dancer

Helter skelter
Helter skelter
Helter skelter

Do you, don't you want me to make you ?
I'm coming down fast but don't let me break you
Tell me tell me tell me the answer
You may be a lover but you ain't no dancer

Look out
Helter skelter
Helter skelter
Helter skelter

When I get to the bottom I go back to the top of my slide
Where I stop and I turn and I go for a ride
Get to the bottom and I see you again
Yeah yeah yeah

Do you, don't you want me to love you ?
I'm coming down fast but I'm miles above you
Tell me tell me tell me the answer
You may be a lover but you ain't no dancer

Helter skelter
Helter skelter
Helter skelter

Helter skelter
Helter skelter
Helter skelter

You're coming down fast
Yeah you're coming down fast
You're coming down fast
You're coming down fast
You're coming down fast

Yeah yeah yeah

General CommentNoel did a good cover of this sing. It didn't scare me like the beatles version did, but it was more rock n roll to me, and I enjoy it for that alone.

General CommentI think Noel did a good cover too... Way better than U2 which isn't a bad band. Plus the version by Oasis is live which gives Noel even more credit because it's a very hard song to sing.

General Commentthis cover is boring. i expected more of that same wild punch in the spirit of the original, especially because of such oasis songs as "morning glory."

General CommentI like this cover. Oasis were going through a bad period at the time and it comes through with great dignity. I never liked The Beatles version so this one is more up my street.
But dont listen to the version on Familiar to Millions, thats embarrassing.

General Commenti've heard alot of covers of this song, some are really bad, this one is pretty good, much better than U2's where Bono got all the words wrong. But it's no where near as good as the Beatles'
