I keep forgettin' we're not in love anymore
I keep forgettin' things will never be the same again
I keep forgettin' how you made that so clear
I keep forgettin'

Everytime you're near
Everytime I see you smile
Hear your "hello"
Saying you can only stay a while

And I know that it's hard for you
To say the things that we both know are true
But tell me how come

I keep forgettin' we're not in love anymore
I keep forgettin' things will never be the same again
I keep forgettin' how you made that so clear
I keep forgettin', babe

Every time I hear
How you never want to live a lie
How it's gone too far
And you don't have to tell me why

Why you're gone and why the game is through
If this is what's real, if this is what's true
Tell me how come

I keep forgettin' we're not in love anymore (baby)
I keep forgettin' things will never be the same again
I keep forgettin' how you made that so clear (yeah, yeah)
I keep forgettin'

Don't say that, don't say that, don't say that
I know you're not mine anymore, anyway, anytime
Tell me how come

I keep forgettin' we're not in love anymore (how come I)
I keep forgettin' things will never be the same again
I keep forgettin' how you made that so clear
I keep forgettin' (baby)

Every time you're near (I keep forgettin' we're not in love anymore)
Every time you're near (I keep forgettin' things will never be the same again)
Oh baby (I keep forgettin' how you made that so clear)
Every time you're near (I keep forgettin')

This is yet, another song that can be played 20 times over and not get tired of. I guess I'll explain it better, and even use spellcheck (chels15 hint, hint)...

Of course, he's madly in love with this certain woman, whom he's had a relationship with at one point. Now, it's obviously over and she keeps reminding him about that, every time they run into each other. And Michael McDonald has Alzheimer's.... Ok, that was just stupid, sorry. Anyway, he can't get over her, regardless of how hard he tries. Blah, blah, blah....

The music in this song is something you don't hear nowadays either. The way the different sounds from each instrument all have their own path and yet, they seem to meet at the same destination! And it gives that funky, smoothness that only M.M. can give to you!

    Out(fuckin)standing song! Period!

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Blue
Ed Sheeran

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
