Touching down, it's a frozen town
Look around, I grew up, I fell down
Nothing changes, nothing changes
Except the red lights
Nobody changes, nobody changes
Wanna see them tonight

Everybody gather 'round
Everybody drink it down
I'm feeling like a one-legged man
Always made to take a stand

Any day now, it will come

I walk in and just laugh it off
And all the heads turn
Familiar faces help me shake the cold off

Everybody gather 'round
Everybody drink it down
I'm feeling like a one-legged man
Always made to take a stand

Any day now, it will come

Sounds like bullshit, but did you ever notice
This whole town of ice and snow
Gets you running
Chasing something
What it is, I'll never know
Just hope one day that it shows

Any day now, it will come

General CommentThis is obviously about their hometown of Winnipeg and coming back to it after being away.

Seeing old friends and reminicing. The town is as it always is, it doesn't change. Thye miss the town, but are glad they are gone. A nice song.
