"Stereo" as written by Michelle Lynn Bell, Lennio Purry and Rhonda N. Robinson....
My life is a stereo how loud does it go
What songs do I know
What happened to my plans
What ever happened to the life I thought I'd have

My life is a stereo kind of cheaply made though
How bad does it show what ever happened to my friends
What ever happened to the likes of all of them

My life is a stereo turn me on and let's go
Turn me up louder I'll scream as loud and clear as I
Can scream if you like what your hearing hang on to me

I like being here and I'm hooked up all wrong
Hang on to me though - I'm one in a million

And my lights are like candles

I'm so afraid of new technology
I'm in the race and I don't want to be
Can we stop pretending put it off on me
I'm in the race
Life ends in a stereo pack pack me up and let's go
Put me anywhere and I'll be just fine
Please don't think of leaving me behind

General CommentIf anyone here has seen "The Brave Little Toaster", you'll realize this is just about the stereo in the movie. My dad pointed that out and it fits perfectly. If you love this song, watch the movie just so you can see.

General CommentThis song was relased when I was in year 9, right after my best friend of my whole life dumped me. God, the nights I spent crying, thinking of him, listening this song, trying to convince myself that I could live without him.

General CommentHoly Shit, not enough people have commented on this song.
This is an amazingly good song....I love it.
This song definatly has an underlying meaning behind it. "One of a Million" I think means, one of a million people who feel the way he does, or are trapped in this. Stuffs going wrong, and he's relating it to the new world of technology.... he doesnt like it.
I dont know, its cool, and I think anyone who listens to the song gets an automatic understanding of it... I do. Just hard to describe.
