General CommentI think the chorus might be an in-joke in the band. Damon Albarn said they were big fans of the Pixies, and the Pixies also have a song called tame. The pixies version had frank black hysterically screaming Tame repeatedly as the chorus, whereas this just has damon saying tame over and over again in a relaxed voice.

    Lyric Correction
    Clear skies this morning
    Airplane passes
    At a slight angle
    Second one follows
    Regional weather
    Continues to baffle her
    But she's not stupid
    She's just friendly

I don't know what to do
    Today is up to you
    Can I pass through you?

    Tame, tame, tame, tame

    A blossom background and
    Coffee mornings
    The show bonanzas and
    What to buy there
    Circus of horrors in
    Orwell cities
    You fall to pieces
    I must be dreaming

I don't know what to do
    Today is up to you
    Can I pass through you?

And I don't know what to do
    My absence is due
    Can I pass, can I?
