"Wait And See" as written by Karl Kippenberger, Phillip Knight, Tom Larkin and Jon Charles Toogood....
We could choose to disregard it
or have some fun and break it
since god has just departed
we could carry on or fake it
who has a better plan
what's the true nature of man
what's money to your soul
watch as money takes control

And is there space for every boy and girl
in a competitive, material world
I guess we'll have to wait and see
and I'm trying too hard too believe

Know when to draw the line
know there's a grand design
know there's a better way
I don't know and cannot say
when my respect for man
has taken all it can
the purchase of your soul
placate and we have lost control x2

Is it daddys little boys and girls
become the acne on the face of the world
I guess we'll have to wait and see
and I'm trying too hard too believe

We could choose to disregard it x2
who has a better plan
what's the true nature of man
what's money to your soul
watch as money takes control

Is it daddys little boys and girls
become the acne on the face of the world
I guess we'll have to wait and see
And is there space for every boy and girl
in a competitive, material world
I guess we'll have to wait and see
and I'm trying too hard too believe

General CommentThis song is great!!! it is about how money corrupts people. He is challanging people by suggesting money is worth nothing to your soul "the purchase of your soul, and what's money to your soul" this world is wrongly competive an material "in a competitive, material world" it is effecting the kids of the next generation "become the acne on the face of the world" What shihad want to know is "what's the true nature of man" they suggest that it is not mney, yet people are obsessesd with money and believe the more rich you are the more important you are. Shihad rightly think that money is taking control of the world "watch as money takes control"

General CommentToday woalking home from school behind 3 girls, one of whom was complaining that her dad wouldn't buy her a new phone for another 3 months so she has to use the "brick." The others started giving her flack so she shot back "Well i get everything else I want"

Since going to a private school and being made to feel like a 2nd class citizen because i don't have as much money as them -My parents aren't scraping for money but can obly afford to send me there cos i'mon scholarship - I really f**king hate materialistic people
