"She's The One" as written by and Karl Edmond De Vere Wallinger....
I was her
She was me
We were one
We were free
And if there's somebody calling me on
She's the one
If there's somebody calling me on
She's the one

We were young
We were wrong
We were fun
All along
And if there's somebody calling me on
She's the one

When you get to where you want to go
And you know the things you want to know
You're smiling.
When you said what you want to say
And you know the way you want to play it
You'll be so high you'll be flying.

Tho' the sea
Will be strong
I know we'll
Carry on
'Cause if there's somebody calling me on
She's the one
If there's somebody calling me on
She's the one.

When you get to where you want to go
And you know the things you want to know
You're smiling.
When you said what you want to say
And you know the way you want to play it
You'll be so high you'll be flying.

I was her
She was me
We were one
We were free
And if there's somebody calling me on
She's the one
If there's somebody calling me on
She's the one

General CommentWhat a beautiful song and feeling. She's the one....completes, fulfills, beckons, loves and calls.

All he is, is because of her. There is no separation. They are one. "I was her, She was me". Its really beautiful.

    I hate being single.

General CommentI love the bridge - as a thirtysomething, it echoes the surprising realization that there are some great benefits to getting older and figuring yourself out.
