All blurry, no focus now
What's focus when the lights are all out
I can't understand, why I keep you around
But I can't, I won't let you down
Wondering, how long until we break
Foundations that we built are getting weak
It seems that, we're springing a leak
But I can't, I won't let us drown
No I can't, I won't let you down
I can't, and I won't let you down
Cause you know, that ill do anything for you
And you see, that its aching inside me
And I watch you go, and I don't run after you
And I guess I just let you down
When its not me, who's forgetting all our dreams
When its not me, who's forgetting all our dreams
When its not me, who's forgetting all our
Who's forgetting all our dreams
Forgetting all our dreams
And I watch you go, and I don't run after you
And I guess I just let you down

this song strikes me from the guy's point of view of course...he's in some kind of relationship with a "rad" girl he thinks of a lot. they had a great someething going, but it's starting to fade, which makes him wonder why he still hangs around her. the girl, as a lot of others do, wants him to follow her while she plays hard to get, but he doesnt bite the bait, playing the game. tell me if i'm wrong, but i think most of you know how this can be.

This song means everything to me, all my feelings towards "Mi Amor." I hope we always remain friends, cause no matter what i will be there for him. This song gives meeh a feeling of content, and sadness together... I thank Movie Life for writting the lyrics they do because when i'm stuck in between two feelings i just blast music remembering that... "Music expreses feeling which words can not"

i think it's about a guy in a relationship where it's not working out and doesn't really care if it ends or not, but feels like he would be letting everyone down if they split. a lot like the situation i'm in right now.

that's weird, I read that comment and then I realized I said it, but I didn't remember it, I think that was before I ever even heard this song, but anyway, the Movielife rock and this song is tight

I really think it's about touring when he has a girlfriend(touring comes up alot in their songs). He loves her, wants her:but i cant, i wont let us drown no i cant, i wont let you down i cant, and i wont let you down cause you know, that ill do anything for you and you see, that its aching inside me and i watch you go, and i dont run after you and i guess i just let you down.

He obviously loves her, but is letting her down(always being away). Maybe her running away is leaving him, and she wants him to follow her(stop touring) but he doesn't.

This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.

I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
