yesterday morning every part of her just shut down
getting out of bed never felt so difficult before
and every step she took led to the wrong direction
and she never made it out her door
yeah yeah, oh

yesterday morning jamie yielded to all she hates
if she despised it so much why'd she give in
it seems that this battle just can't be won
and she's stuck here alone again

but she said
she said i'm so sick of the stumble, stumble i've been calling walk
she said i'm so tired of the mumble, mumble i describe as talk
and now i guess it's time i lose myself to the one who found me here
found me here

cos' yesterday morning every part of her just shut down
and all that she knew or thought she knew flew out the door
things she loves.. so easily forgotten
and now jamie can't love no more, no more

but oh she says
she says i'm so sick of the stumble, stumble i've been calling walk
i'm so tired of the mumble, mumble i describe as talk
and now i think it's time i lose myself to the one who found me here
found me here, found me, found me here

General Commentovbiously this song is about being on the wrong track and realizing its time to change and getting back on the right track. She is coming back to God. ("and now i think its time i lose myself to the one who found me here.") i love the way matt writes about this kinda stuff...he is wonderful!

its only a matter of time before wertz is huge...which doesnt even bother me because i think everyone needs to hear him!

General CommentI agree with the previous post. I've been saying for the last 5 years that Matt Wertz is going to be huge any day now. I can't believe it's taking so long. He's fantastic and once he gets one song on radio, people will never forget him.
