first cold day
and look at me
Well i'm a total wreck
bundled up and over heated
You've turned me into this mess
I haven't gone blind yet
But I can't see
I just stare into myself now
Look at stupid old me
Spitting out lucky smoke rings round the moon
Maybe you're coming home soon
but you won't see me
Now i'm terrified
Now i've got this sick feeling inside
Perfect end to a perfectly sickening week
There's nothing above the horizon
to help me forget about what's below
so i'm spitting out a lucky smoke ring round the moon
Maybe you're coming home soon
But you won't see me
so i'm spitting out a lucky smoke ring round the moon
Maybe you're coming home soon
But you won't see me

General Commenti have a live acoustic version, and it says before it starts playing. this is a song i wrote a long time ago.

and i dont know, but if it is a cover, who is the original band who does it?

General Commentthis isn't a cover, this is an original song. it appears on danny's solo project with mike felumlee (the former drummer).

General CommentWell, if you are looking for the real version of this song, that continues to go on longer, starts off differently, and.. is just completely different, then... just listen to the spilt project with Mike and Dan. It's actually pretty good.

General CommentHere are the actual lyrics... and this is not an Alkaline Trio song.... it's Dan Andriano, on his split with the former drummer, Matt. Anywho, here....

General CommentYeah there is a version of this song with drums. I'm not sure if it is done by the band Tuesday or Alkaline Trio though, but Dan is the only one who sings in the version with drums bass and everything.

General Commentim pretty sure this is an original song by dan, just like Sihardcorepunk said, its on his split project with mike. This song is amazing though. "i haven't gone blind yet but i cant see" and "perfect end to a perfectly sickening week" are my favorite lines. i am in love with dan's voice.
