I have suffered
For your sins
But now is when
My fun begins

If I hit you,
Turn your cheek
You are righteous,
But you are weak

"Orgy-Porgy, Ford and fun
Kiss the girls and make them One.
Boys at one with girls at peace;
Orgy-Porgy gives release."*

American dream
Turns to dust
So give us a god
That does not rust

Points of light
Quickly fade
You are food
But you are saved

Juggernaut

This is it,
We've reached the border
This is it,
The New World Order.

If I die
Before I wake,
I pray the Order
My soul to take

"Orgy-Porgy, Ford and fun
Kiss the girls and make them One.
Boys at one with girls at peace;
Orgy-Porgy gives release."*

    General CommentThe chorus of this song:
    "Orgy-Porgy, Ford and fun
    Kiss the girls and make them One.
    Boys at one with girls at peace;
    Orgy-Porgy gives release."

    is taken directly from the book "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley. The book is about a depiction of a future in which everything is controled and based on castes. Everything is done for society and "stability." Making me think this whole song is about how it is bad to give your whole life to society. In other words, nationalism is a terrible thing when in extremes.

    The chorus in question is from a "solidarity service" attended by the protagonist. Here is a direct explanation of the quote from sparknotes.
    "It gives an example of the banal “religion” the World State uses to keep its members in conformity with societal rules. The song’s silly wording helps emphasize the triviality of the ceremony...Finally, the last stanza’s “orgy-porgy gives release,” like the Violent Passion Surrogate, the Pregnancy Surrogate, and soma, is a signal that the World State has not been able to entirely annihilate human nature. There is still some need for release, some need to experience strong emotions that has not been entirely wiped out through conditioning. The Solidarity Service is one of many mechanisms the World State uses to channel strong emotions in such a way that they present no threat to the power of the State."

    There are also a few other possible references to the book.
    "Points of light quickly fade" might be a reference to the portion of the book where the narrator describes the stars are no longer visible because of all the electric signs.
    "You are food but you are saved" might be a reference to the fact that in the book peoples corpses are "recycled" for their phosphorus, which is in turn used to feed plants.

    General CommentThis song was recorded October 1991. As far as i can tell it is about the Gulf War. Points of light refers to George Bush Sr.'s republican nomination acceptance speech where he used the analogy of his idea of america:

    This is America: the Knights of Columbus, the Grange, Hadassah, the Disabled American Veterans, the Order of Ahepa, the Business and Professional Women of America, the union hall, the Bible study group, LULAC, "Holy Name" - a brilliant diversity spread like stars, like a thousand points of light in a broad and peaceful sky.

    As for the New world order line, it comes from a speech from Mr. Bush before congress, about his post-soviet objectives:
    "Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective — a New World Order — can emerge: a new era"

    add troops on the border, and you have the first gulf war

    General CommentThe song is definitely referencing "Brave New World, " by Aldous Huxley. In the book, all classic religion and spirituality is absolved and Henry Ford is elevated to the status of a deity, as a model of productivity and efficiency. As part of the social restructuring in the book, monogamy is no longer allowed; rather, frequent one night stands are expected social behavior. The Solidarity Services are weekly compulsory meetings where men and women are encouraged to mingle and hook up. Hence the lines:

    "Orgy-Porgy, Ford and fun
    Kiss the girls and make them One.
    Boys at one with girls at peace;
    Orgy-Porgy gives release."*
