"Crystal Days" as written by and Ian Stephen/sergeant Mcculloch....
Here am I
Whole at last with a golden view
Looking for hope
And I hope it's you
Splitting my heart
Cracked right in two
The pleasure of pain endured
To purify our misfit ways
And magnify our crystal days

Where are you
In shadows only I can see
Looking for hope
And you hope it's me
Tattered and torn and born to be
Building a world where we can
Purify our misfit ways
And magnify our crystal days

Pure and to magnify

Here am I
Whole at last with a golden view
Looking for hope
And I know it's you
Splitting my heart
Cracked right in two
The pleasure of pain and joy
To purify our misfit ways
And magnify our crystal days

Purify our misfit ways
And magnify our crystal days

Do do do do do do do do
Do do do do do do do do
Do do do do do do do do
Do do do do do do do do

Days

This is a beautiful 3 lines taken out of a beautiful verse taken out of a great song. He's saying that he has been waiting and enduring the pain which is really his pleasure because it will only serve to magnify the crystal days these two people have ahead of them. It's about a purifying love.

General Commentthis song is so important
    it is: optimism, hope, confidence
that you can leave the past for a better future
it is faith in your potential as a person
    this song can cure apathy
that's what makes a song amazing.
when it has a profound effect on your approach to life.

General CommentSorry guys, it's about cocaine. Not the evils of coke addiction, mind you, but that wonderful feeling of clarity he gets when he's high. Ian was awlays unabashed in his coke consumption.
