This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.
Running away,
I haven't eaten since the start of the day
I know that I love me,
I know that I love me,
but vomiting is better than sex...
I believe in honesty,
I believe in beauty,
I don't need your sympathy,
I believe in choices.
We are the real,
Im gonna tell you how Im going to feel,
I know that you love me,
I know that you love me,
but vomitting is better than sex...
I believe in honesty,
I believe in beauty,
I don't need your sympathy,
Honey its what to choose,
Honey we were born to lose.
I believe in honesty,
I believe in beauty,
I don't need your sympathy,
Honey its what to choose,
Honey we were born to lose.
I haven't eaten since the start of the day
I know that I love me,
I know that I love me,
but vomiting is better than sex...
I believe in honesty,
I believe in beauty,
I don't need your sympathy,
I believe in choices.
We are the real,
Im gonna tell you how Im going to feel,
I know that you love me,
I know that you love me,
but vomitting is better than sex...
I believe in honesty,
I believe in beauty,
I don't need your sympathy,
Honey its what to choose,
Honey we were born to lose.
I believe in honesty,
I believe in beauty,
I don't need your sympathy,
Honey its what to choose,
Honey we were born to lose.

This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version.
Great version of a great song,

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
Worded my thoughts perfectly. I love this song!!
sometimes i agree whole-heartedly. sometimes i hate it with a passion! good song though.
The song's been renamed 'Depression' as KA didnt want to focus only on bulimia, and didn't want to draw too many comparisons to 'Big Isn't Beautiful'.
Same as big isnt beautiful, another biography of an anorexcic.
This song was renamed "Born to lose" as they felt the song was going to be recognised as another "Big isn't beautiful". And the lyrics are "Rotting away, I havent eaten since the start of the day" "I believe in low-esteem and I'm bulemic beauty"
