A towering emission
Admit the truth
Become the signal

General CommentThis band are sex. Seriously, am I the only person that seems to find underlying sexual metaphors in the way they play and structure their music? Ambiguous words like 'throbbing', 'swelling' and 'pulsating' come to mind, you move with this incredible energy that bonds the crowd, and you just get lost in the rhythm of it all.

    And oh baby, those breaks.....

    Hot.

General CommentWell I think they focus quite a lot on organic descriptions of life in many different forms. Those kinds of descriptions happen to go well with sex...after all sex is one of the most natural things there is and it is responsible for life.

So I think sex is definitely involved sometimes, but that isn't the whole picture for Isis imo.

General Commentalcrani got the just of it. Yes Oceanic was the type of album that was centrally focused about a man that was in love with a woman who found that the woman he was in love with had an incestuous relationship with her brother.
This album I find to be the political aspect or the change of control in the world, even though it is not on the album Celestial, Sgnl>05 tie into each other to make a masterful, powerful part of music. The layers and textures that ISIS revels in their music is amazing. Each album various with a whole atmospheric change each time.
