"Ain't No End" as written by and Gary Michael/olson Louris....
Pick up the pieces and pack up your mind
You don't ask for what you have to find
Many people rolling out to sea
Let loose those floodgates
That have held you back so long
Ooh Lord, there ain't no end
Left him one thing
He tried to kill
Now there's a station not so far away
I listen in most every single night
Why does that valley
That can't cross
This soul's been misplaced
In a desert it was lost
Ooh Lord, there ain't no end
Left him one thing
He tried to kill
Ooh Lord, there ain't no end
Left him one thing
He tried to kill
Pick up the pieces and pack up your mind
You don't ask for what you have to find
Many people rolling out to sea
Let loose those floodgates
That have held you back so long
Ooh Lord, there ain't no end
Left him one thing
He tried to kill
Ooh Lord, there ain't no end
Left him one thing
He tried to kill

My InterpretationThis reminds me of feeling like I am expected to just "pick up the pieces" of my life, even when things have gone horribly. When I feel like I'm expected to be able to move on, when sometimes I'm not ready, or need some time.

I think this song is also about people having to find things that they didn't even want in the first place, but that they really need. To me this song says that it is best to open your mind in life and not let people hold you back.

The song is also saying there "ain't no end" to people not grasping onto what really matters most in their lives. Some of this is difficult to interpret, but my best guess is that it's also saying there really are ways to escape from what's bad, and that you should pay attention to times when you can do so.

You can't do everything, but you shouldn't give up hope. I think this is also saying that people's souls can literally just be in the wrong places, at the wrong times. This is very true song!
