This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.
so what comes now
run through the answers and you can feel the scratching
get down
this breed bring it against so coy
a levitated incubation
instincts with imprinted cryptic code
a dotted line hit return dash dash
if you took the time to unmask
retrace the mockers of intemperance
in with the herd
split poison ivy scratch rash
this calamine lotion made my skin feel good
right before me they sat
a snitch inaugurated
lets slip the hunger of these carnivores
this kin is a knock knock knocking on your door
is it welcome if it happens
heart sowed a trick-or-treat overture
with this promiscuous livestock
every day is November first in this Sodom and Gomorrah
get down
run through the answers and you can feel the scratching
get down
yeah
this cue was made up incognito (x3)
in with the herd
split poison ivy scratch rash
this calamine lotion made our skin feel good
right before me they sat
a snitch inaugurated
lets slip the hunger of these carnivores
get down
run through the answers and you can feel the scratching
get down
yeah yeah yeah
quartets from the heir to the throne (x3)
run through the answers and you can feel the scratching
get down

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988.
"'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it."
"There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.
American Town
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran shares a short story of reconnecting with an old flame on “American Town.” The track is about a holiday Ed Sheeran spends with his countrywoman who resides in America. The two are back together after a long period apart, and get around to enjoying a bunch of fun activities while rekindling the flames of their romance.
I'm pretty sure that the last line of the second verse is...
"Every day is November First...in this shadow over Europe"
thanks for the lyrics though you did an awesome job.
And yeah...best ATD-I song. For sure.
You're all thinking too hard about this. "Cryptic codes" kind of gives it away.<br /> Anyway, INCETARDIS is an anagram for IRAN EDICTS.<br /> On November 1st, 2001, George Bush signed an Executive Order (13233) that changed Executive privilege to a "need-to-know" basis. If you're from Britain, think of it like an Order in Council.<br /> This Executive Order actually repealed a Reagan-era Executive Order that gave everyone free information to information about the pasts of the Presidents.<br /> So, we were supporting the Contra in Nicaragua back during Reagan's Presidency. They were a rebel group, attempting to overthrow the new Socialist government.<br /> At the time, Iran was holding Americans hostage. It turned into a tradeoff, where we sold them guns so they'd free our hostages. Oliver North of the NSC covered it up by giving the money to the Contra.<br /> During the lame-duck period of George HW Bush's presidency, he pardoned six of the people involved, including Elliott Abrams and John Poindexter.<br /> Elliott Abrams went on to be "Special Assistant" to George W Bush. His duties included director of democracy for the NSC. See a problem there? Well, it gets worse.<br /> John Poindexter had Congressional funds appropriated to the IAO, and attempted to create a market analysis for foreign policy. Basically, you pay for a "contract" about future events in the Middle East. Contracts included coups, assassinations, and wars. The idea was that the more people who wanted the contract, the more it would be worth. It was sort of like an opinion poll. Some claimed he could have been betting on the outcome of wars. He claimed that it was useful for aiding the Federal gov't about popular opinion on wars.<br /> <br /> George W Bush covered up information on his father's pardons for those two. He did it for the honor of his father, and then went even further and gave them jobs in his administration. It's just wrong.<br /> <br /> Evidence in the lyrics:<br /> "this kin is knock knock knocking on your door"<br />
