This is a song about a man and his carnal love for burgers. To the untrained ear, it may seem like a metaphor for a very special young lass, but I can ASSURE you, it is not. In the description of the song on YouTube on the artists channel, it says "It's a song about burgers and maybe relationships who knoooows???" Notice the key word here, which is "and." If it was indeed about a girl, it would have said OR relationships. Mr. Ashcorp's using of the word "and" indicates he must have meant a relationship WITH a burger. While some may find this unbelievable, even crude, it is no different than somebody loving a person. The concept of people loving inanimate objects dates back to the late 1700s, with the first recorded marriage of a human to an object being on June 17, 1979, the day the wedding between Eija-Riitta Eklöf and The Berlin Wall, her one true love and soulmate. In 1996, she started the first website dedicated to the lifestyle of Objectum Sexuality (OS). It was from there that she united people around the world who shared these feelings, and adopted the symbol of their way of life, the red fence. From said website it reads: “Fences exist throughout society. We put them up to protect ourselves but not to shut people out. One can look over a Fence and see what’s on the other side. If the grass is indeed greener or not… this we decide for ourselves.” The love and compassion of this great woman to her fellow brothers and sisters is what made the OS community what it is today. |
