@[pacman0300:7828] , in the odd chance that you'll be notified about this, I thought I'd first thank you (and @[opeth771:7829]) for commenting in the first place, and then elaborate a little. The song is about the innocence of children. I held Parker and noticed that her eyes were perfectly white while mine (probably from new parenthood) were kinda bloodshot. :) It started me thinking about how unspoiled we are when we are born. And I was holding her, and thinking something along the lines "my God, how do I possibly explain something like Hitler or 9/11 to this person"? It is a cruel irony that we would later learn that her eyes have Cone Dystrophy. The realization is addressed in the song Keep Breathing on a later album of ours. Thanks again for your interest!
