While the lyrics seem bizarre, to say the least, it's pretty comprehensible with the translation on offer. From what I gather of the song it's about falling off the ladder (the path to your dreams) when the wind knocks you off (setbacks), landing on earth with your parachute (brushing it off gently), and getting back up on the ladder to reach the blue sky (your main goal), no matter how many times you keep falling off. In short: NEVER GIVE UP! No matter how many times the wind pushes you back! It's a very optimistic song, especially in this day and age. Shugo mostly writes happy music, even if we don't know what he's saying initially. |
