Pearl Jam – I Am Mine Lyrics 6 years ago
Pretty sure Ed knows nothing about it, but this song fits perfectly for modern men who have found Red Pill truth. This song is grounding.

Chicago – (I've Been) Searchin' So Long Lyrics 7 years ago
The intention of this song, obviously, is quite difficult to pinpoint. Previous comments all show value and offer reasonable conclusions. Possibly, this song was purposely written so that it could mean different things to different listeners. In that spirit, I believe that the song is about a man's journey in understanding the truths associated with "the Red Pill" and accepting them into his life. These are hard, even harsh realites, that once accepted, provide a man a great sense of his place and liberation.

Of course these concepts weren't fully understood when this song was written, however the lyrics are spot on for that purpose.

Or, it could be just a jingle.

Elton John – Someone Saved My Life Tonight Lyrics 10 years ago
Conventional wisdom (John backing out of the marriage) is probably correct.

However...
There are lines that do not fit that explanation. As odd as it seems, I believe that this song is about a person who has set himself free through the act of suicide.

"And I don't hear you anymore" As in your voice, your commands, your social scene, your degradation does not exist for me anymore.
"Sweet freedom whispered in my ear" This is the inner voice of despair, quietly pushing him to set himself free from the dominating queen and the life in which he's trapped.
"Thank God my music's still alive" Or, thank God that I created something that will survive me and show the world that I actually existed. Otherwise, I would have been forgotten.

And then there is the greatest line that doesn't fit the conventional meaning of the song. "THEY'RE COMING IN THE MORNING WITH A TRUCK TO TAKE ME HOME." Why would this line exists in the conventional explanation? Why would anyone who has been liberated need "They" to bring a TRUCK to take me home in the morning? Remember, its 4 AM. He'll be found in the morning and taken away.

"Someone" save my life tonight is the voice in his head that convinced him that the only way out was to commit suicide.

OR, there is no meaning to the song and it is just a jingle.
