This song helps me express how I feel since breaking up with my ex over a year ago. I've been with many people since; but never had that allusive "feeling" I once had. Something deep, and scary inside still longs for her and I know that given the chance I would drop everything and everyone to go back to her and the way she made me feel. Lucy's lyrics hold so much regret. A regret I completely identify with. Relationships are hard, and moving on is harder. |
