At first I thought this song was about a woman who had played a guy who had been a player but he started to fall in love with her but I've changed my mind. I find this song very romanic, possibly one of the most romantic love songs, this man is pouring his heart out to this woman for the first time and the song is exactly what he says to her. I think this is a song about a man who's capable of anything, he's very James Bond like but that also means that he has a lot of characteristics which he isn't so proud of, he lies, he manipulates, he has a way with women and men alike, and he can be cold hearted in the process but this time he has met one woman who has really effected him. This woman loves him and he realizes that he needs her and he needs her love. Despite everything he's capable of he needs her, she's his one weakness and he doesn't understand how she can love a person like him as much as she does, he is in awe of it, she's stolen his heart. She's a totally different creature than he is making love out of nothing at all, she follows her heart while he follows his head. This is the night he's decided to reveal his feelings to her...
