Jesus Christ Superstar – Everything's Alright Lyrics 15 years ago
Yes, but why did Judas care? I thought I heard somewhere that he was stealing from the charity fund, but I'm not sure...could someone reply if you know?

I forgot to mention...I think that the reason that Satin took the form of Judas in this scene was simply to torment Jesus. After all, Judas was Jesus' right hand man, and there was much left unsaid.

Great song man! I mostly listen to rock and metal, but this is the one exception for me...although, it is a rock opera, so maybe this counts too.

PublicRelations. And no, it doesn't sound stupid. There's alwase something that you don't know, and all you can do to correct that (particularly with gramer) is to ask someone. You sound like you're too hard on yourself lol. You gotta learn to chill, and not be afraid to ask questions man (or girl). And now I'm done ranting.

Jesus Christ Superstar – Trial Before Pilate (Including the 39 Lashes) Lyrics 15 years ago
Very sad scene. It's pretty clear that Pilate tries everything he can to save Jesus. He didn't want to have Christ killed, but in the end, he had no choice.

Jesus Christ Superstar – The Last Supper Lyrics 15 years ago
I think that Judas taking off his jacket during this scene has huge meaning. I think that it shows how much he's changing by betraying Jesus, because that's the first time in the movie that you see him without it. I have a coat just like that. Really nice one too, but that's a little off topic lol. (I'm talking about the 2000 version which is the one where Judas has the leather coat, he doesn't have it in the 1973 version. In that he's just a hippy lol)

Jesus Christ Superstar – Heaven on Their Minds Lyrics 15 years ago
Ever since I was a kid, even before seeing this awesome production (I saw it first when I was about 9 I think, and I am now 18, and I still love it I've believed that Judas did a good thing...though perhaps unwillingly. Now, before you judge, pleas read on. I believe that it was good because if Judas hadn't betrayed Jesus, then Christ wouldn't have been able to die for our sins....Also, clearly Judas regretted his decision since he killed himself. It's just too bad he committed suicide instead of repenting, because I believe that he very well may have been a good man. Everyone makes mistakes. Sometimes big ones. Anyway, Judas was always my favorite character in this play.
