this was me and my very first boyfriends song. we were 15, and eachothers first loves. we almost made it to 22, but we broke up last year (after being together 4 years). this song makes me hurt when i think about how we were 15 and literally in a "blink of an eye" we get older, and time goes by so fast. i just wish he would realize that to. i wonder sometimes when he hears this song if he is thinking the same thing? |

This song is so amazing! The meaning is obvious, two best friends who are "lucky" enough to be in love. But everything from the lyrics to the music is so airy, light, and happy! I can not not be in a good mood when i here it. A smile just comes over my face and i want to dance! Colbie and Jason are perfectly perfect together when singing. Both of the music separetly is feel good kind of music, so putting their voices together is double the feel good music! |

this song use to have so much meaning to me. my exboyfriend dumped me at the beginning of the summer in 2007 and he treated me like shit! it hurt so bad and it really messed me up. then all of a sudden he wanted me back. and i was too mad and hurt to get back together with him. he tried for about a month and then what finally broke me down was this song. he took me for a ride in his car and he said he had found the perfect song to say what he was feeling. and i cried when i heard this cause i finally believed he was truly sorry for everything he had done and that he still loved me.

i've listened to this song at least 50 times and still get emotional when i here it. it makes me realize how much i love my mother. espcially they part when it says "i know you were on my side even when i was wrong". cause my mom has loved and supported me through all the bad times in my life. I plan to burn this song for her on a cd for mothers day. |
