More potential LSD references:
"beats and waves will take my to my grave" could refer to ego-loss that comes in high doses, which could be described as a feeling of death, or at least "death" of your ego and reality as you know it. "Beats and waves" are external forces, music can affect the tide of a trip considerably.

"threatened we have to make choices
lizards try to tell us wich one"
This could be a simple reference to a hallucination of lizards trying to point "us" in the right direction. However, it could mean something more than that.

"strange how lines blur into one" - definately an LSD reference, one of the first symptoms of a trip is walls melting and patterns coming alive.

"walking out of the circle
step by step i'm learning alone
that I can conqure my demons
just need to remember my home"
"Walking out of the circle" - increased perception of the world, the "circle" is life, sober reality.
Conquering demons - LSD is very useful for psychotherapy, people have said that whilst under the influence it is easier to see your life from a different perspective and better analyse your problems.
"Remember my home" - it is still only a trip, and the key to a positive mindset is to remember that it's only a trip and that you will "return" to reality - "home"

"cus' I've been spotted blotted" - like the previous poster mentioned, "spotted" is a direct reference to LSD which comes in blotter tabs.

"come break through with me
such wonders terrify the soul
its real, no need to question
knowledge infiltrates the whole"
Breaking through is a reference to entering a new, higher level of psychedelic perception. Breaking through the barrier of sobriety, you could say.
"Such wonders terrify the soul" It can be a terrifying experience, because the feelings can be too intense at first.
"It's real" - Most of the time it's difficult to decipher what is real and what is merely a perception, most of the hallucinations appear as real as it gets.

The line "danger lurks only in my head" states that even though the experience can be terrifying, the way to overcome the fear is a realisation that it's all mental and can be controlled.

I still think that this is a reference to psychedelics:

I have tasted of the fruit
and it's opened up my eyes
It's given me a thirst
that's so hard to satisfy

The "fruit" refers to psychedelic drugs, "opened up my eyes" to a new, deeper reality. After seeing this new reality "It's given me a thirst
that's so hard to satisfy" - A "thirst" for new experiences, that can only be "satisfied" through psychedelic experiences.
Just my take.
