Hahaha! I love some of the dumb comments in here. Some people are so naive. Who the fuck cares where religion you belong to? We are all people and we all have our own beliefs. Congrads to the people who read the lyrics to this song and said they hate Anti-flag from now on. Obviously you liked them before... they have disrespected other people before with their lyrics. Why did you like them then? Because it was Bush they were bashing? If you don't like the song don't listen. But don't be stupid and get mad at Anti flag for expressing their beliefs. |

When I first listened to this song I thought it was about a parent trying to keep his son from being hurt like he has felt before. Then I took a look from another perspective and related it to Jesus Christ. It also makes sense if applied in a spiritual sense. "Praying that he'll never have to feel the pain I have felt"... being crucified perhaps? We are all god's children. |
