| My favorite song on this album. It's what first introduced me to this band and got me completely addicted to them. I like almost all their music, new or old. This song in particular really spoke to me when I first got the cd. I was stuck in a bad way and I saw no salvation. I hoped and prayed for salvation, but I felt things would never get better. Luckily, things did get way better, but I still really like this song. | |

| I believe this song is about a guy who gets dumped by a chick because she feels that he isn't mature enough and he's struggling to get a secound chance. When he says "Buy me a trip to the moon so I can laugh at my mistakes. I can see the end from here, from this perspective it looks kind of silly. Satellites and Astronauts, tell me there are better things ahead." I believe that it is a metaphor meaning that he is looking back at some of the things that he had done and now sees how dumb he was and hopes that there will be something better coming to him because of this realization. | |

| After being a working man for half a year, I am already understanding this song very clearly. My work can be extremely frustrating and when I listen to this song it gives me flash backs of the good old days. This song makes me think of an abusive relationship that I know of. It seems to me that the speaker (the abuser) was not liked by almost everyone. The abused cared for the speaker even though they get put through torture. Because of this destructive relationship neither were completely there. Suddenly, the speaker gets a dream of what the future will be like when he is gone and begins to question what he is doing and so starts trying to right his wrongs, starting with the one he has abused for years. | A truely great song. Just playing it on guitar hero 3 made me go out and buy the album. Although it wasn't my first favorite song from KSE(the first being The End of Heartache), it was definitely the one to get me hooked on them. Although, I have managed to find two different versions of this song, the album version has more screaming and includes the line "Dieing inside these walls" while another version which I downloaded long before I bought the album has less screaming but is without the line "Dieing inside these walls." I personally like the non-album version better, because it is sounds beautiful and when I listen to the album version, a lot of the screaming sounds...dare I say, out of place. | |
