Death is like another free-er,happier dimension to the man on the death bed whereas to his close ones its a cause for mourning.
The man on the death bed thinks of death as something along the lines of what Gandalf described to Pippin in LOTR. |

Not the greatest song lyrics wise, even as a Judas Priest effort (not exactly well known for their thoughtful lyrics :P), but the riff and solo are hard to beat.
ULlilLady is right though methinks. Something about living life to the fullest and not taking 'no' for an answer. |

Why are there so few comments on this song? This is one of the greatest metal songs of all time.
To me, sounds like it's a man on his death bed, whom the others think are 'suffering', but according to the man himself the sooner he dies the better ~ to be set 'free'. |
