This song is, in a literal sense, about a girl with aids, but beyond that it is about everyone At some point in their lives everyone is this girl, or at the very least, knows someone who is this girl Natalie could be your best friend from high-school who isn't ever going to leave the crappy little town you both were born in. This song is about the how crazy you feel when you're in love(Racy Days).
