Chris is such an amazing lyrics writer and I give him so much credit for everything he does musically. This song is virtually indescribable and I have to say it is my favorite on any of his albums. ( although I hate to pick and choose) I'm looking forward to everything he will bring into the music world and every effect that it will have on me....! RoCk On ChRiS!!!! |

This song is a must for me to listen to everyday. Its one of the firsts thaT i've heard by Finch and I must say I like :) It means a lot to me in retrospect concerning my ex boyfriend. Our relationship was so meaningful to me and I still love him sooo much and I miss him terribly. It reminds me of him mostly becasue I have written countless letters to him explaining how much I care about him, although I've never had the courage to give them to him in fear of pushing him away. were friends again and talking a lot and I'm hoping one day I can play him this song and tell him how much I thought of him everytime I heard it and give him the bundle of letters I wrote and he will finally know how much I truely love him!! :)

I'm sure everyones felt this way about a girl/guy before...missing them and wanting them back when they are with someone new. that's probably the hardest challenge one faces after a break up. someone taking thier place...well for me it is. anyway its an awesome song!! |

Ohhhh Wow JEW is so amazingly awesome! I simply adore each of thier CD's but this is by far my fav song by them. It is so emotionally beautiful I am inspired by it to push forward when I'm stuck with hard times with the person that I love. to me this song means * this guy is waiting for a girl. whom he can't be with right now but he knows that there is still hope and destiny for thier relationship; I believe that it is about longing and waiting for something so special that anything that goes wrong it doesn't matter it's still worth waiting. "Can you still feel the butterflies?" Makes my heart melt every time I hear it * this song can be interpreted in so many different ways but I like my way :) |

My ex introduced me the DBC earlier this year and I cannot get enough of the emotional personable lyrics and his voice. So amazing anytime your happy sad lonely..perfect. This is the first DC song I heard and it's been one of my my favs ever since. It's so simple and yet powerful. And yes Chris is truely a god live. The entire audience will be singing along with him in every song. It's really awesome! :) |

well Little Alpine kid needs to mellow out. What gives you the right to label someones intimate feelings that one gets from this song as weak? You have absolutly no justification for saying what you said. What one thing means to someone means another to someone else. Self expression is one of the highest forms of human communication, and if you don't like how someone is expressing their feelings about a paticular piece of music then keep it to yourself because no one wants negativity nor deserves it. and by the way this song is Beautiful and MY EX BOYFRIEND SANG IT TO ME EVERYDAY. so it means a lot to me. I LOVE CHRIS!
