the words "forgive me father" are a reference to the beginning of Confession in the catholic faith. Personally, I think the line is meant to be ironic, having to ask forgiveness from someone who committed such an atrocity. |

I concur. I saw them last Thursday and Adam said how this song is about how a guy murders someone by blowing the walls up in the mine the victim is working in and then ends up getting buried alive while trying to escape. Great irony. |
