@[victorlost:15648] Given the rest of the lyrics, it seems rather reasonable to assume the "Never thought I'd let a rumor ruin my moonlight", is talking about the guy getting into a bad mood because he heard the girl he's trying to get the attention/affection of is into girls and not guys. Definitely more sensible interpretation than trying to say the song is about making music. It could be both though. Although it seems to fit the one better than the other and requires a bit of stretching to argue it is about making music. |
