@[JofaGuht:20441] Its about the Crucifixion. Christ said If I wanted to I could bring down a whole army of Angels. By allowing himself to be Crucified the band is saying it could be seen considered self righteous. Father into your hands...was a quote on Jesus saying why does he have to die when the Angels that fell were permitted to live? They are playing with the Question of if Jesus knew he was going to die and why then why did he accuse God of Forsaking him? All Christians get hung up on that line. I thought the song was very obvious but then again I know Scripture. |
