OK, there is no "rant"-option, so you can see this as a general comment: why the f# do these idiots make "remixes" of hits like these? I heard this "remix" from In The Air Tonight coming out of a car on the parking lot of the supermarket and Every Bit Of Tension Was Beaten Out Of The Original; the "remix" was only a beat underneath the original mix, and it was AWFUL! There was no heart, no soul, no build up, no dynamic, no nothing left in the song. It was just a dead, gutted fish on dry land that's been lying there for two days in the sun; it looks like it but it's nothing like it any more. It's just bad for you if you would consume it. So from everybody who loves music: keep your filthy paws away from good songs, mediocre songs and even bad songs; create something new, and don't just put a beat underneath a song and hope the stupid people still buy it. End of this little rant, thank you for your time. |
