DEFINITELY! except i think it's also referencing Homer's the Odyssey because there's the part about the sirens and there's a cave in that too. Cyclops's cave!!! But "come out of your cave walking on your hands and see the world hanging upside down" definitely reminds me of the allegory of the cave. Because when you come out of that dark cave and face reality you see the world in an entirely different way. It's confusing and crazy like walking on your hands!! awesome song :) |

I agree with this one the most. At first though, I only saw it for my situation. "Can you lie next to her? And give her your heart, your heart, as well as your body?" It's something I want guys to asks themselves before they try to have sex with me. Or not even sex, just the fact that most guys want to hook up but they don't want to show any emotion. (You desired my attention but denied my affections) But then once you put everything together, it's clear that a man's in a battle between his mind and body, or desires vs. religion.
