Personally, I don't think it's about a famous person, I think it's about the "popular guy" at her school that she knows she might never get a chance with. The line "you smile that beautiful smile and all the girls in the front row, scream your name" made me think that these "girls in the front row" were the popular, pretty girls who got all the guys. That's just what i interpretated the song like though. |
