i do love the joy division version just as much, but the recording of this one is beautiful. i agree with vintage beauty, everytime i listen to it.. i try to grasp on to a memory of something that hurts so good just thinking about it. and although the memory might not be the happiest, the song puts me at ease. |

this song is the epitome of me and my best friend. we used to live outside the perimeter of the city, and drove 25 minutes in just to meet and go out.. and we had a place to stay in the city when we were too wasted to go home. and now we live in the city literally down the street from each other and barely hang out. this is totally nostalgic. |
